Your order

We will aim to ship your order within 2 days of cleared payment. How long your order will take to reach you will depend on your location.  The following information is provided for guidance only.

• UK Mainland 3-5 working days
• Europe 5-10 working days
• US & Canada 10-15 working days

There may be occasions when delivery times are affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or industrial action by postal and/or transport services. If we become aware of any of these events then will be inform you of possible delays.

All orders are sent by first class post unless requested.

Orders for multiple sets of crayons will be bubble wrapped separately but they will sent as one parcel. The cost of shipping is based on weight and automatically calculated during the checkout process. Shipping fees also include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Returns

We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase.  Should you wish to return any part of your order, you must contact us as soon as possible after recieving your order.  You must retain all packaging, dispatch notes, labeling and other documents.
